مواد لازم براي دو نفر:
خمیر مخصوص لازانیا 9 تكه
سوسیس 3 عدد متوسط
پنیر پیتزا رنده شده يك بسته بزرگ
قارچ 5 عدد بزرگ
پیاز يك عدد متوسط
رب گوجه فرنگی 3 قاشق سوپخوری
فلفل سبز دلمه اي يك عدد بزرگ
گوشت چرخ كرده 300 گرم
نمک و فلفل و ادويه لازانيا به مقدار لازم
طرز تهيه :
ابتدا پياز را خورد كرده و سرخ كنيد. زمانيكه طلايي شد، گوشت چرخ كرده را به آن اضافه كنيد. پس از سرخ شدن، سوسيس، قارچ و فلفل دلمه اي خورد شده را اضافه و سرخ كنيد. رب را در ظرفي با آب جوش مخلوط كنيد و ادويه ها در آن بريزيد و مخلوط كنيد سپس به بقيه مواد اضافه كنيد.
در قابلمه اي مناسب آب جوش بياوريد و يک قاشق غذا خوري روغن مايع و نمک به آب اضافه کنيد و ورقه هاي لازانيا را داخل آن قرار دهيد و بگذاريد 5 دقيقه بجوشد تا كاملاً نرم شوم ولي له نشود. سپس ورقه ها را از آب خوش داخل صافي بريزيد و آب سرد روي آن ها بگيريد تا به هم نچسبد.
يك ظرف مناسب مستطيل شكل انتخاب كنيد و 3 ورقه لازانيا را در آن كنار هم بچينيد. مواد آماده شده را به مقدار لازم روي ورقه ها بريزيد و با پنير پيتزا روي آن را بپوشانيد. ظرف را به مدت 2 دقيقه در ماكروفر قرار دهيد و سپس خارج كنيد. 3ورقه ديگر لازانيا را روي مواد قرار دهيد و اين كار را تكرار كنيد و 3ورقه آخر را به عنوان پوشش بر روي سطح مواد قرار دهيد.
ظرف را به مدت 15 دقيقه در ماكروفر قرار دهيد و سپس غذا را سرو كنيد.
